Due to the nature of our digital service, we have a strict no-refund policy. When you purchase a subscription, you are paying for access to the service for the entire billing period (either monthly or annually).
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

We do not provide pro-rata refunds for cancellations made part-way through a billing period.
